We've been recycling for years now, but there are other green changes that we've been making around our household this year. When we started talking about a spring break, I thought that we should try to be green about our upcoming family vacation too.
I went online to find some ideas about how we could be green about our vacation. While I was online looking, I found some information about an Electric company and after I read through it a little bit, I decided to sign up for one of the energy savings plans that I found with that information as a way for our household to be a little more sustainable.
I found this idea for an alternative family spring break where we volunteer. Plus, we're also green too. So I think that this will be really good for us because not only will we have less of an impact on the environment than normal, we'll also be helping out others while we're at it too! I think it's a win-win situation.
